Mohanraj has been designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), which signifies his integral role in shaping the company’s human resources strategy. Mohanraj brings over 30 years of extensive cross-industry experience in sectors including Pharma, Biotech, Engineering, and Aerospace. His expertise spans various critical areas such as Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development. Prior to joining Solara, he held significant HR leadership roles at notable organizations like Mylan Laboratories and Tata Advanced Materials. Mohanraj holds a Master’s in Social Work (HRM) from Madras University and a BA in Behavioral Sciences from St. Joseph’s College in Bangalore, equipping him with a solid foundation for his new role at Solara.
