Skipper Limited has announced a record revenue of INR 1,262 crores for the second quarter of FY '26, marking a 14% increase year-on-year. The company attributed this robust growth to strong execution in Engineering Product supply. Alongside revenue growth, EBITDA reached an all-time high of INR 131 crores, up 16% year-on-year, with margins expanding to 10.4%. The company's profit after tax (PAT) before exceptional items also saw a significant rise of 32% year-on-year, amounting to INR 45 crores. This positive performance is further underscored by the resolution of a long-standing entry tax dispute, which provided a one-time benefit of INR 10.6 crores in this quarter.

For the first half of FY '26, Skipper achieved its highest ever H1 revenue of INR 2,516 crores, reflecting a growth of 14% year-on-year. Notably, the company saw a 27% increase in export revenues, totaling INR 523 crores. Profits also strengthened, with stand-alone EBITDA margins improving from 9.9% to 10.3%. The company’s order book reached a historic high of INR 8,820 crores by September 2025, with 89% stemming from domestic projects. During this quarter, Skipper secured INR 1,243 crores worth of new orders, including two prestigious 765 kV transmission line projects from PGCIL, bolstering its presence in the high-voltage segment.

Looking ahead, Skipper Limited is positioned for continued growth, with a solid bidding pipeline exceeding INR 30,000 crores and expectations of a closing order book between INR 9,000 crores and INR 10,000 crores by the end of FY '26. The company is also focused on strategic expansions, including the inauguration of a new test bed facility and plans for a manufacturing capacity increase to 600,000 metric tons per year by FY '28. With the global shift towards renewable energy driving demand, Skipper is poised to leverage its operational efficiencies and enhance its export capabilities under the China Plus One strategy, setting the stage for robust growth in the coming years.
