1. Rajesh Babu Jain's Transition: Shri Rajesh Babu Jain will transition from his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Wires & Cables (W&C) Business. With over 25 years at RR Kabel and eight years as CFO, Jain has played a pivotal role in the company’s financial success, including its recent IPO. As COO, he will focus on overseeing W&C operations and ensuring alignment across business units to maintain the company’s growth trajectory.

2. Jigar Mehta Takes the Helm as CFO: In a complementary move, Shri Jigar Mehta has been appointed as the new CFO. Previously serving as Vice President – Finance, Mehta brings over 20 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning, including a notable tenure at KPMG. His expertise will be critical in strengthening RR Kabel’s financial governance and driving operational improvements.
