Rossell Techsys Limited has reported a remarkable revenue increase in its second quarter for fiscal year 2026, achieving INR126 crores, more than double its revenue of INR51.35 crores in the same period last year. The earnings call, held on November 11, 2025, highlighted this significant milestone as the best performance in the company's history. The surge in revenue was complemented by a profit before tax of INR6.7 crores, a substantial rise from a mere INR0.06 crores in Q2 of FY25. The company has also secured purchase orders and submitted bids totaling INR932.2 crores, indicating strong demand and growth potential in the aerospace and defense sectors.

For the first half of fiscal year 2026, Rossell Techsys reported a total revenue of INR212 crores, again more than double the INR95.9 crores recorded during the same period last year. The company's EBITDA increased nearly five-fold to INR27.1 crores, with profit before tax moving from a loss of INR5.9 crores in FY25 to a positive INR10.7 crores. This growth is attributed to effective operational strategies, disciplined execution, and diversification into high-growth areas like semiconductors and space technologies. The management expressed optimism about maintaining this momentum through the rest of the financial year, bolstered by a robust order pipeline and strategic initiatives.

To support this growth trajectory, Rossell Techsys is planning a capacity expansion of 150,000 square feet at an estimated cost of INR70 crores, with construction set to begin in the fourth quarter of FY26. The company is also exploring a qualified institutional placement (QIP) to raise up to INR300 crores to enhance its balance sheet and fund future investments. Recent recognition at the Lockheed Martin Annual Supplies Conference underscores its commitment to excellence and collaboration within the aerospace sector. With its strategic investments and a clear vision for the future, Rossell Techsys aims to position itself as a leader across aerospace, defense, semiconductors, and space technologies, ensuring strong operational performance and revenue growth in the coming quarters.
