Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited has reported remarkable financial results for the second quarter and half-year period ending September 30, 2025. The company achieved record total revenues of INR 2,189 million, representing a staggering 112.4% year-over-year increase. This growth is complemented by a record EBITDA of INR 494 million, marking a 193.4% year-over-year rise. The strong performance is attributed to growth in high-voltage direct current (HVDC) and flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS) projects, driven by increasing global demand for renewable energy integration and grid modernization.

The company's consolidated revenue for the first half of FY2026 reached INR 4,130 million, up 126.0% from the previous year. Gross profit also saw a significant increase, amounting to INR 878 million, with a gross margin of 40.1%. Quality Power's proactive approach in capturing international orders has fortified its position as a global technology partner in grid stability. As of now, the company's order book stands at approximately INR 830 crore, demonstrating strong visibility and diversification across various global markets.

In strategic developments, Quality Power has entered a co-development partnership with Hyosung T&D India Ltd. to design Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS) instrument transformers, making it one of the pioneering Indian companies in this technology space. The firm is also enhancing its digital capabilities through increased investments in edge computing and IoT-enabled systems by raising its stake in Nebeskie Labs. With plans for further expansion in manufacturing capacity and a robust order pipeline, Quality Power is well-positioned for continued growth, aiming to solidify India's role as a global hub for advanced high-voltage systems.
