The combined market valuation of four of India's top ten firms increased by Rs 95,447.38 crore last week, with Reliance Industries leading the surge. Among the gainers were Reliance Industries, Bharti Airtel, State Bank of India, and Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Reliance's market capitalization rose by Rs 47,431.32 crore, reaching Rs 20,11,602.06 crore, while SBI added Rs 30,091.82 crore to its valuation, totaling Rs 8,64,908.87 crore. Bharti Airtel and LIC also saw significant increases, with market caps climbing to Rs 11,71,554.56 crore and Rs 5,65,897.54 crore, respectively.

Conversely, the valuation of several other firms took a hit, with HDFC Bank, TCS, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Finance, Infosys, and Hindustan Unilever experiencing a combined loss of Rs 91,685.94 crore. Bajaj Finance's market cap fell by Rs 29,090.12 crore, while ICICI Bank and Infosys saw declines of Rs 21,618.9 crore and Rs 17,822.38 crore, respectively. HDFC Bank's valuation decreased by Rs 9,547.96 crore, and TCS dipped by Rs 1,682.41 crore. Reliance Industries continues to hold the title of the most valued domestic firm, followed by HDFC Bank and Bharti Airtel.
