National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) has announced the appointment of Shri Megh Nath Goyal as Director (Technical), effective from November 5, 2025. This decision follows an official order from the Department of Fertilizers under the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India. Goyal's extensive experience spans over 33 years in areas such as process plant maintenance, management, and project execution within NFL. He previously held the position of Executive Director at the Nangal Unit, where he played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and spearheading diversification initiatives in the fertilizer industry.

In conjunction with Goyal's appointment, Ms. Ritu Goswami has stepped down from her role as Director (Technical) - Additional Charge on the same date. This change is part of the company's ongoing commitment to maintaining a strong leadership team aligned with its strategic objectives.
