This acquisition, valued at approximately GBP 17.80 million (around ₹213 crores), aims to enhance Megasoft's footprint in the Aerospace & Defence sector. The Nasmyth Group, incorporated in England and Wales, has shown impressive financial growth with a turnover of GBP 59.92 million for the twelve-month period ending April 2025, up from GBP 54.03 million in 2024 and GBP 44.19 million in 2023. This upward trajectory underscores the potential value of the acquisition.

Importantly, the transaction does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory norms. The requisite approvals under the National Security and Investment Act, UK, have already been secured, with the transaction poised for completion within four weeks, pending the satisfaction of certain conditions.
