Maan Aluminium Limited has officially announced an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to take place on November 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM via Video Conference (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This meeting is convened under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and is compliant with the recent circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, allowing virtual meetings. The agenda includes a special resolution to alter the Articles of Association, enabling the company to issue and allot securities on a preferential basis.

In addition to the alteration of the Articles of Association, the EGM will also address the issue of up to 5.9 million equity shares at a face value of ₹5 each, priced at ₹141 per share, which includes a premium of ₹136.
