Chandra brings a wealth of experience to Gateway Distriparks, having had a distinguished career in public service as a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer. He has held significant roles, including Chairman of the National Highways Authority of India, where he was instrumental in the infrastructure development of the country. Notably, he facilitated the NHAI's listing on both the Singapore and London Stock Exchanges, which enabled the successful raising of Masala bonds internationally. His educational background includes degrees from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, and a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard University.

The board meeting concluded with an official appreciation for Arun Kumar Gupta's valuable guidance throughout his tenure. The financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, were also discussed during the meeting and will be published in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations.
