EFC (I) Limited has reported a remarkable 55% surge in profit for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025-26, reflecting strong demand across its various business segments. The Pune-based real estate-as-a-service company, which specializes in managed office spaces, interior design, and furniture manufacturing, announced a revenue of ₹2,545.9 million for Q2 FY26, a 53% increase year-over-year from ₹1,664.4 million in Q2 FY25. The company's EBITDA also saw a significant rise, reaching ₹1,108.4 million, which marks a 40% growth compared to the previous year. The profit after tax (PAT) climbed to ₹567.1 million, further solidifying the company's strong financial performance.

In a detailed financial breakdown, EFC (I) Limited reported an EBITDA margin of 43.5%, slightly down from 47.7% in the previous year, but still indicative of robust profitability. The company achieved impressive results across its segments, with rental revenues growing by 44.7% to ₹1,290 million, while interior segment revenues increased by 44.5% to ₹1,116.1 million. The furniture segment, although smaller, also showed promise with a revenue of ₹139.8 million. The overall financial results for the first half of FY26 were equally impressive, with revenues soaring to ₹4,742.1 million, reflecting a staggering 76.6% year-on-year increase.

Chairman and Managing Director Umesh Sahay expressed optimism regarding the company's growth trajectory, highlighting the successful implementation of the OpCo – PropCo model and the expansion of their managed area to 3.23 million square feet. EFC (I) Limited plans to launch 'EFC Retail Spaces' in early 2026 to tap into high-value retail leasing opportunities. Furthermore, the company has secured a new contract for a Passport Seva Kendra in Pune, which underscores its expertise in delivering infrastructure projects for government clients. With an expanded seating capacity of over 68,000 and average revenue per seat ranging from ₹6,750 to ₹7,250, EFC (I) Limited is poised for continued growth in the competitive real estate market.
