Brigade Group Sees Strong Growth in Q2 FY26 Financials

Bengaluru, 29th October 2025 – Brigade Enterprises Limited has announced impressive financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2025, showcasing a substantial 26% revenue growth year-over-year, totaling ₹1,430 Crores. The company also reported a remarkable 48% increase in profit after tax (PAT), reaching ₹170 Crores.

The surge in performance is fueled by robust pre-sales in the real estate sector, hitting an impressive ₹2,034 Crores from 1.90 million square feet sold during the quarter. Collections also saw a boost, amounting to ₹2,003 Crores.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade, expressed optimism for the coming months, citing a strong pipeline for business development and healthy leasing activity, particularly in the hospitality sector, which recorded a revenue increase of 16% to ₹138 Crores.

In detail, real estate revenue surged to ₹951 Crores, a 31% rise from the previous year, while leasing revenue grew by 17% to ₹341 Crores, with portfolio occupancy remaining steady at 92%. Overall EBITDA rose to ₹375 Crores in Q2 FY26 compared to ₹358 Crores in the same quarter last year.

Additionally, Brigade has appointed Mr. Debashis Chatterjee as an Independent Director, bringing over 30 years of experience in strategic growth initiatives from his tenure at Fortune 500 companies.
