The company's total income for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, reached ₹46,129.81 lakhs, up from ₹29,137.47 lakhs a year ago, primarily driven by a surge in revenue from operations, which stood at ₹45,860.44 lakhs. The results were approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on November 5, 2025, and were accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the auditors, indicating no qualifications or adverse remarks regarding the financials.

In terms of expenses, Bharat Seats reported total costs of ₹44,800.80 lakhs, which included substantial expenditures on materials, employee benefits, and finance costs. The company’s profit before tax for the quarter was ₹1,329.01 lakhs, while the net profit after tax was recorded at ₹990.18 lakhs.
