This growth was primarily driven by a 24% surge in container volumes, highlighting the robust performance of the company's logistics operations. For the year-to-date (YTD) period ending in October 2025, APSEZ handled 284.4 MMT of port cargo, reflecting a 10% increase from the previous year, with container volumes up by 21%.
In addition to the impressive cargo figures, APSEZ also reported logistics rail volume of 60,387 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) in October 2025, representing a 16% year-over-year increase. However, the GPWIS (general port and warehousing services) volume experienced a slight decline, recording 1.7 MMT, down 6% year-over-year. For the YTD period, logistics rail volume reached 418,793 TEUs, a 15% increase, while GPWIS volume stood at 12.7 MMT, showing a modest growth of 1% year-over-year. These figures underscore APSEZ's strong operational performance and continued growth trajectory in the logistics sector.
