Adani Enterprises Limited has officially announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Munger Sultanganj Road Limited (MSRL), on November 3, 2025. The confirmation of this incorporation was received by the company at 3:40 PM IST on the same day. MSRL has been established with a subscribed capital of Rs. 1,00,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares valued at Rs. 10 each. As it is currently in the early stages, the subsidiary has not commenced business operations and reports a turnover of zero.
The primary objective of MSRL is to undertake the development, maintenance, and management of a significant infrastructure project: the "Construction of Ganga Path Connecting Munger (Safiabad) - Bariyarpur-Ghorghat-Sultanganj Road" in Bihar, which will be executed under a Hybrid Annuity Mode. This project aligns with Adani's commitment to enhancing infrastructure capabilities in India. Notably, there are no related party transactions involved in this incorporation, and Adani Enterprises holds 100% share capital of MSRL.
Adani Enterprises, headquartered in Ahmedabad, is registered with the Registrar of Companies in India, and this new venture marks another strategic move in its expansion within the infrastructure sector. While no governmental or regulatory approvals are needed for this acquisition, the company continues to explore avenues for growth and development within its core business areas. As MSRL begins its operations, it could play a vital role in improving transportation infrastructure in Bihar, benefiting both local communities and the economy.
