On November 10, 2025, Brickworks Ratings India Private Limited announced the official withdrawal of the credit rating for Aadhar Housing Finance Limited's ₹50 crore Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The decision comes following the company's request due to the full redemption of the outstanding rated NCDs, which occurred on November 7, 2025. This withdrawal was in compliance with Brickworks' Rating Withdrawal Policy, confirming that Aadhar does not currently have any instruments rated by Brickworks.

Prior to the withdrawal, the NCDs had a rating of BWR AA/Stable, reaffirmed as recently as September 8, 2025. The total amount of rated NCDs was ₹71.23 crore; however, following the redemption, the outstanding amount is now nil. Brickworks confirmed that the withdrawal was also backed by the debenture trustee's confirmation of the full redemption of the NCDs, ensuring that all obligations were met.
